AWANA - Your kids are invited to a Bible-based, fun-filled Wednesday evening program for children. It includes children three years  of age through sixth grade. It meets from 6:30 to 8 PM each week, September  through April.  

The name AWANA comes for a Bible verse that says that Approved Workers Are Not Ashamed. In other words God blesses those who follow Him.
Each night we learn a Bible lesson as a group, study Bible lessons and memorize Bible verses in our AWANA books and play games.
Each year we have a Fall Hay ride and Bonfire and a Grand Prix.

    (Fill this out now and your child will be registered when you arrive. All we will need from you is your signature. Please fill out a form for each child.)

    As a parent and/or guardian, I do herewith authorize treatment under the direction of any licensed physician of the following minor in the event of a medical emergency which, in the opinion of the attending physician, may endanger his or her life, cause disfigurement, physical impairment, or undue discomfort if delayed. This authority is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me by phone at the number listed below.
    The undersigned assumes the responsibility for any cost connected with such treatment and hereby releases the Algoma Baptist Church where my child attends AWANA Club from any liability therefore.
